Qanuni AI, operated by Plany plus Events Organization & Management, offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase for paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund within that period.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net using the email you purchased with.
  2. Select the order in question and request a refund, or
  3. Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

What is covered

  • Pro and Business subscriptions within the first 30 days of purchase or renewal.
  • Credit packs that have not been consumed.

Consumed credits are non-refundable. We may decline refund requests in cases of abuse or fraud.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription does not renew.

Processing time

Refunds are typically approved within a few business days and credited back to the original payment method.
